Entry, Trade & Rodeo Calender
No phone calls will be accepted from contestants or parents with coaches. You
MUST go through your coach for questions, entries or trades. Contestant will be fined $25 if they or parent calls
the rodeo secretary.
Contestants & Coaches ONLY can enter the rodeo office. This is as
per the NIRA Commisioner.
ALL Horses MUST be stalled at the SHSU Rodeo.
NO horses can be tied to trailers.
This year if a contestant forgets to enter by the 2:00 Wednesday deadline
- they will be allowed to enter up until Friday (do not e-mail the entry after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday as I will be leaving
Thursday a.m. for the rodeos & will not be checking my e-mails until the following Monday
- COACHES will need to call & leave a message on my cell phone) with a $10 per event late entry fee. ALL
late entries will automatically go in the first performance.
The late entry fee will be applied to the awards money for the end of the
year.
